Mid-back rigidity, rounded posture, neck tension, shoulder blade discomfort, reduced spinal mobility
Stiff between shoulder blades, hunched forward after sitting, limited upper back mobility, recurring neck tension, jaw guarding
The thoracic spine is designed to move and extend. When this region becomes rigid, the neck and shoulders often compensate, and tension on the lower jaw muscles becomes more likely. Improving thoracic mobility helps distribute movement more efficiently and reduces excessive strain on surrounding tissues.
You have osteoporosis or known spinal fractures, experience dizziness during the exercise, symptoms radiate into the arms, or sharp spinal pain develops
