Policies

General
A valid credit card or debit card is required with any reservation. Deposits and gift certificate purchases are transferable, not refundable. Rendered services are not refundable. Scheduling ahead is recommended to ensure availability of preferred times. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide 24-hours advance notice. Minors (under age 18) are not permitted without supervision and a signed consent form by the parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians must sign a waiver form to permit their minor to receive any treatment and are required to be present in the room with the minor during the treatment. Policies and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
​Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide 24-hours advance notice. When 24-hours is not provided, the non-discounted value of your session will be charged to the credit or debit card given to hold the appointment, or the session may be forfeited if prepaid, upon the discretion of Remedy Neuromuscular Therapy. When you or your guest are a no-show for your appointment, the full, non-discounted value of your session will be charged to the credit card given to hold the appointment, or the session may be forfeited if prepaid. Remedy Neuromuscular Therapy reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any appointment, without penalty, due to occurrences beyond the control of Remedy Neuromuscular Therapy including "Acts of God" including but not limited to inclement weather, risk of flood, electrical outage, etc for the sole the interest of Remedy Neuromuscular Therapy clients.
Purchases/Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable. For Non-rendered Services, the purchase amount may be exchanged for Service Credit only; Rendered Services are non-refundable and not valid for Service Credit. Gift Certificates/Cards: Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable; amount may be exchanged for Service Credit only; Gift Certificates/Cards are limited to Services only; Limit one (1) Gift Certificate/Card may be redeemed per person, per visit; Not redeemable toward products. Full amount must be redeemed at time of redemption. Gratuity/Tips are not included in Gift amount.
Ethics: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. To ensure all clients receive their sessions as expected, any client running more than 5 minutes late for their appointment will receive the remainder of the time left and be responsible for the service in full. Your licensed practitioner reserves the right to terminate your treatment if your behavior becomes inappropriate, unethical, abusive or rude.
Gratuities: For services that meet or exceed your expectations, gratuities are not an expectation, but graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in prices listed and are accepted in the form of cash.
