Appointments may be rescheduled ONCE with no less than 24 hours advance notice - otherwise a 35% service value fee is due prior to rebooking. If a 2nd consecutive reschedule or cancelation occurs, the full value of the service will be charged to the card on file, or the service will be forfeited.
