Helps reduce forward-head posture, cervical stiffness, neck tension, and certain types of radiating symptoms that may travel into the shoulder, arm, or upper back.
Neck tightness from prolonged sitting, phone/computer posture, upper trap tension, or symptoms that improve when the head and neck are brought back into better alignment.
This movement encourages the cervical spine to return toward a more neutral position while gently loading the deeper neck structures. The added overpressure can help restore end-range mobility when basic cervical retraction is tolerated well.
The exercise increases dizziness, headache intensity, numbness, tingling, arm pain, or sharp neck pain.
