1. Billing & Renewal

• Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days using the payment method on file.
• Membership remains active until canceled.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

2. Session Allowance

• Sessions reset each billing cycle.
• Unused sessions do not roll over.

3. Booking & Availability

• Advance booking is recommended.
• Sessions are subject to availability.
• Priority booking access applies to active members.

4. Session Cancellation 

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
• No-shows may result in loss of session.

5. Member Cancellation

• Membership may be canceled at any time.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charge.
• Membership benefits remain active through the current paid billing period.

6. Membership Use

• Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the active member.

7. Recovery Credits Integration

• Members continue earning Recovery Credits through eligible purchases and membership activity.

8. Health & Safety

• Certain conditions may require modification or limitation of services.
• Clients are responsible for informing Remedy of any relevant health changes prior to participation.

9. Respectful Environment

To maintain a professional and recovery-focused environment:

• Disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership access.
