A valid credit or debit card is required when booking per our no-show and late-cancellation policies. Your card is not charged in advance of your appointment without prior authorization.
Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay, CashApp, debit/credit card, and HSA/FSA card payments.
Insurance is not accepted.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times, with no less than 24 hours advance notice - otherwise a 35% service value fee is due prior to rebooking. After a 2nd consecutive reschedule, the full value of the service will be charged to the card on file, or the service will be forfeited.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. When a client does not arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice, that time is typically unable to be offered to another client in need of care.

A “No-Show” occurs when:

Clients using packages, memberships, promotions, or prepaid sessions may forfeit the scheduled session/credit in accordance with the same policy structure.
Future Booking Restrictions
After a second no-show occurrence, online booking privileges may be revoked and future appointments may be declined at practitioner discretion
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full session pricing may still apply.
We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Reasonable exceptions may be made at practitioner discretion.
