360 Degree Rib-Expansion Breathing

What it helps address:

Neck tension, jaw tension, stress-related muscle tightness, shallow breathing patterns, poor rib cage mobility

Best for clients who feel:

Tightness in the neck/shoulders, frequent stress or anxiety, shortness of breath/shallow breathing, jaw clenching, difficulty relaxing

Why it works:

This exercise encourages the diaphragm to do more of the breathing work, reducing the workload on the neck and shoulder muscles while improving rib cage mobility and oxygen delivery.

Use caution if:

You become dizzy or lightheaded, have uncontrolled respiratory conditions, or symptoms worsen during breathing exercises.
